Here are the four UAC settings in my version of Windows. The UAC level is controlled via the Windows Control Panel at: Windows Control Panel > System and Security > Action Center > Security (click down arrow to expand) > User Account Control > Choose your UAC level. However, this is dangerous for most users because it will suppress all Windows security messages regarding elevated permission, which means you won't be notified if your notebook is hacked by malware and the malware raises its privilege level in order to penetrate farther into your system. You can disable Windows UAC (User Account Control) by setting its level to the lowest setting ("Never notify"). There is one other way to circumvent messages like the elevated privileges message. If you uncheck the "Run as administrator" setting for the Dragon Center, the prompt should go away. With normal security settings, any application that has an elevated permission level will generate that prompt each time the app launches.
